Webinar on Practical Tips for Starting And Running Your Consultancy Practice

consusultancy

📌What should I charge as my professional fee?

📌How do I get my own clients when I don't have a name for myself?

📌 What are some of the ways to spot if posted opportunities are earmarked for specific freelancers/consultants so I do not waste my time working on a good proposal?

If you ever wondered about any fo the above questions then my 90 minutes Q &A session (via Zoom) on starting or running a consultancy practice is for you. I will share my practical advice that comes from more than a decade of working for myself.

The conversation will include topics such as managing scope creep, spotting red flags of a potential consultancy, setting professional fees, landing clients and more.

The talk takes place TWICE on Monday, 16 October 2023 first at 9:00h CEST and then at 18:00h CEST to account for persons in different time zones.

As persons are in different time zones, even the two times the webinar may not be convenient for everyone. Therefore, the event will be recorded and available in the M&E Academy section of this website for persons to (re) watch at their convenience. By attending the workshop you give your consent for the recording.

The workshop is free for members of the M&E Academy.

Not a member but still wish to be part of the webinar? Sign up for the M&E Academy now and secure your spot at this event.

Other benefits of being a member of the Academy are:

  • Automatic registration for other monthly workshops. This is 12 workshops for the year. Additionally, free (or discounted) admission to other special events of partner institutions.

  • Access to M&E resources such as publications and 100+ downlownable infographics

  • The opportunity to have your questions answered by both Ann-Murray Brown and other experts in the industry.

The Academy is reasonably priced at just 29.99 euros for the year so that the cost is not a barrier to access.

Members of the Academy are automatically registed for the Q&A session and an email with the Zoom calendar invitation to the webinar for both times will be sent to all Academy members (including new members) via email TWO DAYS before the event.

This webinar is diiferent from my other 'public' sessions due to the personalised advice I will you based on your situation, as well as the increased level of interaction. In the free, public sessions I only give a presentation.
