Power mapping is the part people skip most often, and it's usually where the real insight hides. This is such an important topic! Too often we check the inclusion box without actually shifting who holds power in the room. Power mapping and surfacing invisible voices should be standard practice, not an afterthought. Definitely bookmarking this one for the MEL community. More resources like this please — cursed images of exclusionary processes are everywhere, but this approach offers a real fix.
