The most impactful development projects aren't just technically sound, they're inclusive by design. Yet traditional stakeholder analysis often perpetuates the very exclusions our work aims to address. This webinar explores how to map power, identify invisible voices, and design genuine participation from the start.

Objectives of the Session

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Identify who gets systematically excluded from traditional stakeholder mapping (and why it matters)

Apply intersectionality frameworks to understand overlapping power dynamics

✅ Use power mapping tools that reveal informal influence structures

Design stakeholder engagement processes that center marginalised voices

Recognize and avoid common inclusion pitfalls that derail well-intentioned projects

Intended Audience

This session is ideal for project designers, Monitoring, Evaluation and Leraning (MEL) practitioners, programme managers, and development professionals working on gender, social inclusion, community development, climate justice, or advocacy initiatives. Perfect for those ready to move beyond checkbox inclusion to transformative practice

This is such an important topic! Too often we check the inclusion box without actually shifting who holds power in the room. Power mapping and surfacing invisible voices should be standard practice, not an afterthought. Definitely bookmarking this one for the MEL community. More resources like this please — cursed images of exclusionary processes are everywhere, but this approach offers a real fix.

This sounds like a really valuable session. Stakeholder analysis is much more effective when it goes beyond the obvious participants and includes people whose perspectives are often overlooked. I especially like the focus on practical tools for identifying hidden power dynamics instead of treating inclusion as just another checkbox. On a different note, while browsing online recently I also came across desicasino Looking forward to seeing the discussions and real-world examples shared during this webinar.

An instagram reel downloader has been really convenient for storing reels I enjoy watching repeatedly. Whether it’s tutorials, motivational videos, or funny clips, it helps me keep everything saved in one place for later viewing.

This guide genuinely helped me understand the instagram reels download process without confusion. The writing style feels natural and easy to follow. I appreciate that you kept things simple instead of overcomplicating them. It’s nice to see content that is actually useful for beginners and everyday social media users.
