Workshop on Setting Up Monitoring and Evaluation Systems

The workshop on Setting up a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system will take place on 31 August 2023 at 15:00h CEST and 18:00h CEST.

Topics to be covered include:

Defining a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system
Steps to set up a M&E system
Considerations for the M&E system (M&E Plan, Human Resources, indicator development, baseline collection, data storage, roles and responsibilities etc.)
How to have a 'light' M&E system if there are resource constraints (e.g. M&E capacity within staff is low)

The workshop is via Zoom and will be participatory with breakout sessions and group work.
