Most Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) professionals are stuck counting activities instead of proving outcomes. Reports get written, but they don’t influence decisions, because the evidence doesn’t show what really changed. Teams are left with fragmented tools and no roadmap to credible impact.

That’s why I created the Clarity-to-Impact™ Programme.

It has two pathways to help both individuals and organisations move beyond activity tracking and start demonstrating real results.

The 6-Month Journey

What To Expect

The Clarity-to-Impact™ Programme is designed for serious practitioners and organisations who want to move beyond activity tracking and achieve real transformation. That means:

Planning to spend 4–6 hours per month engaging with live sessions, peer discussions, and applying the tools to your own work.
This is not a “sit back and watch” programme. You’ll be expected to bring your MEL challenges into the group and apply the exercises to real situations.
Transformation happens step by step. You don’t need to be an expert before joining, but you do need to show up and keep moving forward.
The programme thrives when members share, exchange feedback, and learn together. Passive “lurkers” rarely get the full value.
You’ll have milestones and check-ins. If you commit, you’ll see results , but only if you engage.

When does the programme begin?

The Clarity-to-Impact™ Programme for individuals begins on 15 October 2025. Organisations can start at anytime.

Can I join after the programme begins?

No. Enrollment closes on October 15th 2025, and the cohort begins together on that date. This ensures everyone starts at the same point and moves through the journey as a group. The next intake will open in January 2026.

👉 If you want to join, you must secure your seat before October 15th.

What happens after I join?

Once you secure your seat in the Clarity-to-Impact™ Programme:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to access the member area, and what to prepare before we begin.
You'll be invited to a kick off meeting with your fellow practitioners where we set goals and outline the journey
Each month you’ll participate in live group coaching calls where we work through the 5 transformation stages together.
You’ll gain access to exclusive templates, exercises, and recordings to apply between sessions.
By the end of 6 or the 12 months, you’ll have a working MEL framework and receive recognition as a Clarity-to-Impact™ Practitioner.

Is this just another membership?

No. The Academy was about access to resources and knowledge . The Clarity-to-Impact™ Programme is a structured, guided journey with milestones, accountability, and recognition. Think of it as a professional training programme and tailored support.

Is there a refund policy?

Enrollment is a fixed-term commitment (6 or 12 months). Because this is a live, guided programme, we don’t offer refunds. This policy ensures that everyone who joins is fully committed to engaging and completing the journey.

Are there any scholarships available?

At the moment there are no scholarships available.

Do I need to be an MEL expert to join?

It's for everyone.

Your job title does not have to say “M&E”, as long as you are somehow involved in measuring and reporting on the outcomes of an intervention or programme, the programme is for you. Regardless of where you are in your career, whether you're just starting out or a seasoned M&E professional, you're welcome. No prior M&E knowledge is required to be part of our programme. Even if you're already an M&E expert, you' may learn something new.
