At the Beginning of the Audit:

You complete an intake form and send me a maximum of five (5) MEL documents—Theory of Change, Logframe, MEL Framework, indicator tracking sheets, annual/progress reports, (selected by you from the categories listed above)

I review the documents thoroughly before we meet.

During the Audit (90-Minute Live Session):

We go deep. I walk you through:

• Theory of Change / Logframe Analysis - Where's your logic weak? Which assumptions are untested? What's missing?

• Indicator Review - Which indicators are actually useful vs. vanity metrics? What are you NOT measuring that you should be?

• Data Collection Assessment - Are you over-collecting in some areas and under-collecting in others? Is your data quality good enough to defend?

• Integration Check - Does your ToC actually connect to your MEL Framework? Are you measuring what your theory says matters?

• Communication Diagnosis - Why aren't your reports landing? What story is your evidence trying to tell (and failing to)?

This is a working session. You can ask questions, push back, and clarify in real-time.This session is diagnostic, not consultative as the goal is clarity, not redesign.

After the Audit:

After the Zoom call, you receive a detailed written audit report (10-15 pages) that includes:

"Can't I just join the Clarity-to-Impact® Programmme instead?"

Great question. Here's the difference:

CTI is a 6-month programme where you build a complete MEL system from scratch alongside a cohort, with live sessions, peer review, and structured learning.

​

The Audit is for people who already have a MEL system but need expert diagnosis and a roadmap to fix it fast.

Choose CTI if: You're starting from scratch or want to rebuild your entire MEL approach with community support and structured learning.

Choose the Audit if: You have a MEL system in place, need expert validation, and want specific fixes you can implement immediately.

(And yes, audit clients often join CTI later when they realise they want the full transformation.)

"What if my MEL system is a complete disaster?"

Then you'll know exactly what to do about it.
