Evaluation Capacity Building

Have you ever struggled with aspects of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)? Ever wondered about the difference between an activity or an output or how the Theory of Change is different from the Logical Framework? If you answered yes to any of these questions then our M&E course may just be the answer for you.

We offer face-to-face M&E capacity building workshops or our online M&E training.  We also have a M&E Academy where you can view audio visual materials on a range of M&E topics as well as access our community of practice. We also do bespoke online and offline trainings to suit your specific needs. Check out our shop for these and other products (such as videos and resources)  on Theory of Change.

You know the work you do is making a difference and transforming lives. However, this is 'lost in translation' when the reports are written. Your partners, donors, advocates and the general public have a hard time understanding the 'legalese', the technical jargon and shifting through the endless blocks of text on the pages.

We help organisations translate their 'dry' data on programme results into powerful and compelling human stories.

Technical Assistance

We offer various technical support such as conducting an evaluation of a project, carrying out a baseline study, facilitating stakeholders' meeting, drafting a M&E policy for your organisation, setting up a M&E system, developing a Theory of Change, being a Beta Tester for software, writing content for your blogs/ website/newsletters, (re)writing a  technical report to make it more accessible to the general public and giving periodic M&E support to measure results and impact etc.

We also provide one-on-one consultations on how to advance a career in M&E, review your CV or to answer any other burning questions you may have etc.

The possibilities are endless. Just get in touch with us so we can work together to assess your needs and determine a pricing plan.
